Cédrick Eymenier

Galerie Jérôme Poggi is pleased to present its second exhibition dedicated to Cédrick Eymenier. Artist and musician, his work implies different mediums such as photography, video, collage and sound environments. His practice explores contemporary urban landscapes. The exhibition revolves around the video Kill Akropolis, recently showed at Centre Pompidou, which demonstrates Eymenier’s interest for the architecture of memory.

Cédrick Eymenier was born in 1974. He lives and work in between Montpellier and Paris. His videos were exhibited in numerous festivals, exhibitions and programmings : recently at Carré d’Art in Nîmes, IAC in Villeurbanne and at the moment at MAC, in Marseille. His works are part of the FNAC collection, the FRAC PACA and FRAC Rhône-Alpes collections.
