Summer Show

It features artists with whom the gallery has been faithfully engaged for many years, and whom it currently accompanies in major off-site projects. This is notably the case for Babi Badalov, to whom the Palais de Tokyo is devoting a major monograph throughout the summer, at the headquarters of the French Communist Party as well as at the Château de Montsoreau. Also featured is Kapwani Kiwanga, winner of the 2025 Joan Miró Prize, who is currently the subject of a major retrospective at the Fundació Joan Miró in Barcelona. Also present are Nikita Kadan, whose work can be discovered at the Venice Biennale with the PinchukArtCentre, and Georges Tony Stoll, one of whose iconic works is on view at the Opéra National de Bordeaux — not forgetting Anna-Eva Bergman and Kees Visser, emblematic artists the gallery has exhibited since its very beginnings.

This anniversary also turns us toward the future, with Manuel Mathieu, who drew particular attention at the Venice Biennale and to whom the gallery will devote his first exhibition in France next October, coinciding with Art Basel Paris; and Darío Villalba, to whom the Museo Reina Sofía will dedicate a major retrospective in 2027. But it also brings us back to the past, bringing together artists who have marked defining moments in the gallery’s history : Sidival Fila, discovered by the gallery as early as 2016, Yunyao Zhang, Marion Verboom, and Seffa Klein.
