ART PARIS ART FAIR 2019

For its first participation to Art Paris Art Fair, Galerie Poggi is delighted to present the works of Anna-Eva Bergman (born in 1909  in Stockholm, deceased in 1987 in Grasse)  and Sophie Ristelhueber (born in 1949 in Paris, lives and works in Paris).

This dialogue between both artists from the 20th and the 21st centuries has been conceived to be part of the section ‘A Gaze at Women Artists in France’, at Camille Morineau’s invitation (Musée de la Monnaie de Paris). Indeed, she is particularily involved in the promotion of female artists through her organization AWARE (Archives of Women Artists, Research and Exhibition), and also officiates as an associate curator for Art Paris Art Fair.

Jérôme Poggi Gallery is currently showing Sophie Ristelhueber’s latest series « Sunset Years » until May 4th.
