Art Talk with Hervé Mikaeloff and Vincent Beaurin
On the occasion of Vincent Beaurin’s solo exhibition at the gallery, the exhibition’s curator, Hervé Mikaeloff, will join the artist for a conversation on Saturday, September 12, at 6 pm. They will discuss Beaurin’s artistic practice, his relationship to colour and the body, and his conception of the artwork as an effective device.
The conversation will offer an opportunity to delve into the artist’s motivations, both in general and, more specifically, those that have informed the creation of his two most recent series of paintings and sculptures, which explore landscape and his distinctive approach to abstraction.
Since 2010, their collaboration has unfolded through numerous projects, from LSD for “Lady Dior As Seen By” to a series of works created for Cheval Blanc Randheli in the Maldives. For the resort, Vincent Beaurin conceived Arch, a monumental sculpture installed at the centre of the lagoon, as well as Couronne and Sparks, two works through which he extended his exploration of colour across the entire spectrum.
Special opening on Sunday, September 13th, from 2 pm to 6 pm.
The exhibition runs through Saturday, September 19th, 2026.
