ART BRUSSELS 2016

For this first solo show of Georges Tony Stoll in Brussels, the Jérôme Poggi Gallery has decided to group historical paintings dating from New York in 1983 with a recent set of photographs, wool paintings and prints in three dimensions. Beginning in September 2015 with a series entitled “The City Ming”, the three-dimensional printing technique is now one of the usual methods used by Georges Tony Stoll. The sculptures that result, are witness to a process of perpetual search, carrying with them the formal singularities of a recognisable and complete work.
